Revert to Original Forms

Hello,
You have to click Reset button in the ribbon and close Forms Designer without saving or change the form. Repeat this action for all forms you need to reset. Then clear browser cache and restart the browser.

I have been demoing your product, and was thinking of buying it.
However, on my test site I have not been able to reset my forms to their intial state?
I tried clearing my cache, and going to SharePoint Desighner and looking at the original state of the forms, and they are changed also.
Pleas advise since I need to make a decission soon.

I was able to reset to default last week, but now I can't?

Sure,
When I want to go back to the default form, I select reset.
I then get a menu asking if I want to reset. I select yes.
A message on the top right corner says that the form sucessfully was reset to the default lay out.
I then go back to the site and try to create an item, and a blank form comes up?

Also, I select close, not save.
Should I uninstall and reinstall maybe?

Here is hoiw we resolved the issue.
Make sure the content type was not set as Read Only.
Make sure you reset both New Form & Display Form Seperatley.
