Hi,

when I migrate from one site to another (using sharegate tool ), spform is not shown correctly in destination site. All spforms has been distruped.

İs there a way to carry correctly ?

The best way to transfer your forms from one site to another site is by using Export and Import tools in our Forms Designer. It should help you transfer everything correctly and make sure there are no disruptions. Hope this helps!

Yes I know import and export is the best way but sometimes it may be many forms to migrate and it takes a lot of time.
and migration tool is the best solution to carry . I want to know, is there a short way for carry , using this migration tool ?

Sadly, our tools are not integrated with the Sharegate tool. That is why the only way to migrate site with forms properly is either by using Export/Import functions in Forms Designer or by using a site template migration.

I use site template migration. sharegate working like this.

What you want to imply site template migration ?

I encountering this problem when I make site template migration.

What I mean is that we guarantee succesful forms migration using Import/Export and Native Site Migration without Sharegate. Sharegate offers advanced functionality when it comes to migrations and we simply cannot guarantee it won't cause problems with our forms.

Hatice, you can tell me your version of Forms Designer so we can look into it and maybe figure out a way, but it probably would be quicker to Export the forms manually.

we use 3.0.8 version of SP form.

if there is a short way for massing export /import , I will be very happy

I have encountered problems on plumsail looks. Lookups didnt migrate.

is this the same problem of using sharegate migration or if I use native site import /export migration, would I have encounter the same problem ?

how can I migrate plumsail look ?

Sadly, the only way to migrate Lookups properly is either with Power Shell or using Console App.
