The attachments button is located on the ribbon, not on the Form itself:

But you still need to include Attachments field, otherwise the attachments won't upload.

Is it not possible to have the attachments field in the form work to upload and not have the attachments ability on top of the form outside of the form? Why can't the attachments be configurable in the form where we add the field? If it's not possible via forms designer is there any other way I could manipulate the form or web part properties to do this? It is a client requirment and they are not satisfied with the attachments input field being on top of the form on a page where I publish the form...please help adap, thanks the client is an internal group within Microsoft licensing.

Hello, Shariq!
One way to have attachments field on the form instead of the ribbon would be to use Related Items control instead. Related Items will link to a Document Library on the site, but items in the library can be tied to original item they were added from and when you open this item in Edit or View mode, you'll see these files listed just like attachments. Plus, your client will be able to drag'n'drop multiple files at once without the need to upload files one by one.

Here is an instruction on how you can achieve this - https://spform.com/documentation/related-documents

Thank you for the response! If I am able to add the drag drop feature that will be going above and beyond original requirement!!! Awesome. Thanks again.
