Hello,

I want to refresh page when I click this tab's button if i added new item. Because when I add new item this list, workflow is running and creating new item in other list. But it is runnning little time so new item doesn't seem in related-item. When I refresh this page, I can see this item. Create this item in "HSE" list by workflow..

But doesn't seem. When I refresh this page, I can see this item.

How can I resolve this problem?

Unfortunately, such functionality is not inbuilt into Related Items, it has to be manually reloaded for the item to appear. I can recommend adding a text field to the tab that asks users to refresh the page, but I understand that this is far from the best.
