365 version, problems opening an new installation

After begging for this application, and finally getting it I am now having troubles getting it to work! The app has been activated, but it will not open. It says I need to be running .NET Framework 4.5.2+. I installed that successfully, restarted my computer, and am still getting the same error. Please help!

We are glad to see your interest in our product and would love to help! But I am not sure at which step do you get the error, can you give us a few more details? Did you download the setup file for Forms Designer?
