I have an issue with connecting to spforms with our 2 load balanced web front ends. Only one server has a license and I have to stop the IIS site on the server where is not licensed in order to connect or deploy a form. Is there a way to fix this besides buying another license for the other server?

Unfortunately, it's the only way, because the software is licensed per WFE-server.
