I am now using Project Site(project web app server) and creating new projects.I want to use spform in creating projects page.Can we use spform?

Could you please give more details about what you want to deploy.

Do you need to customize the lists' form or add a web part on the page?

P.S. you can always install a free trial of Forms Designer and decide if it will be handy in your project.
