I was wondering if we can convert the form to PDF and send in an email once it is submitted. Please advise.

Hello Vinay,

You can configure a workflow which sends an e-mail with the current item info. The Send an E-mail activity allows to design a layout of a message with help of HTML. So, you can markup any form you need and send it by e-mail.
