Related Item not show

Hello,

I am using related item in SP Form (Edit form and display form).
First List - Site Code (Single Line Text)
Second List - Project No (Use Look up field that side code from First List)

I want to use related item in Second List and Filter by Site Code and Project No.
But It doesn't show any thing. If I choose show all item from that view, data show all. I don't want to show all ,want to filter by Site Code and Project No
