Delete attachment button not working

Hi,
In my edit form I have an attachments control, however users are reporting that the delete link (next to each attachment) is not working.
Expected behaviour is to see the attachment removed however for some reason a new blank browser tab is opening and the attachment does not delete. I've experienced this using SharePoint Server 2013, Forms Designer 3.1.4.
For reference, the link on the delete 'link' is
javascript:RemoveAttachmentFromServer('{95B72001-E0FE-4043-8AB3-BFD2E2549B42}',1)
This sounds right, but the link is never executed.
Can you investigate and let me know how to resolve?
