Trying to install, getting error

Hello, I'm trying to install for trial with our organization (UN) on a SP2013 server and getting an error on the last check item of the installer ("Checking features as specified in config") and installer can not continue. I had an earlier trial version installed from 2016 that I've removed but now when I try to install the current version I get this error in the installer. Screenshot attached. Appreciate the help with this.
