I have tried to Add an App from teh Site Content Options from our Office 365 SharePoint Site.

It displays a Message "Adding your app" and after some time it says " Some thing went wrong ... click here to retry" and after retry also the same.


Please let em konw how can we resolve it.

Please, ensure that scripting capabilities are turned on:

Note: Changing these settings in Office 365 will take up to 24 hours to take effect.



The SharePoint Admin Center can be found:

(Note: These instructions are for the "Classic" O365 admin interface)

Office 365 admin center ->

Left-site navigation : Admin -> SharePoint

This brings up the "SharePoint admin center"

Left side nav item "settings"

Check both:

Allow users to run custom script on personal sites
Allow users to run custom script on self-service created sites
