Display Content Type in Forms Designer for Office 365

Hi,
I work with the Forms Designer in Office 365.
I would like to create the forms within a library with multiple content types.
Now my problem:
Forms Designer does not display the column for selecting the content type. I want to change the content type on the forms.
Is this not available in Forms Designer for Office 365?
Many Thanks!

Hi,
The Content Type field is available but only in the designer for windows. We stopped updating the Silverlight plug-in, so if you continue using it, you will not get new features.

Ok, I understand you. Thank you.
If I use the Designer for Windows, I can not log in.
It is an Office 365 environment of a customer. On their site collection I have full access. External users are enabled. My email address is in the Microsoft account system. I have the correct .Net version.
These errors occur:
Sign in failed: The username argument is invalid
Sign in failed: The Remoteserver returned an error: (403) is not allowed

I have looked again because of .Net version.
I have the 4.0: see picture
If I want to install the 4.5, however, comes the .Net Framework 4.5 already part of the operating system is. So I can not install it.

Could you open the site in your browser and expand 'My account' menu by clicking your name in the upper-right corner? Make a screenshot and attach to the thread.

Do you have site collection admin permissions?
What about internal users: are they able to connection from the designer?
