Hi,
I just wanted to know whether we can add attachments more than once to a form?Right now we can add attachments to a form only once using the designer. If not can we create a different attachment column in the list?
Thanks,
Winston.

You can attach as many files to an item as you need but all of them will be stored in a single field, Attachments. Why do you need to store attachments in separate fields?

We require different types of attachment fields in the form.So If we have different attachment columns we can differentiate between the attachments which serve different purposes.Like one set of documents may explain about project plan and other set of documents may explain about course of action and so on.Is it possible?

I see. No you cannot add more Attachments fields but you could use Related Items controls and store the attachments in a separate library:
