Upgrade of formsdesigner

We plan to upgrade the version of formsdesigner 2010, three questions:

1. When upgrading the version of formsdesigner, what kind of admin rights do one need in sharepoint?

2. Is it possible to get a new licence file by email? (if needed either due to version or if its lost)

3. Is it possible to "roll back" to previous versions if need after upgrade?

1. Farm administration permissions
2. Please, send your order number to sales@spform.com. If you purchased a license more than a year ago, you'll have to pay for 1-year maintenance in order to upgrade the software:

3. Download the currently installed package from Central Administration -> System settings -> Manage farm solutions. If you decide to roll back, just install it instead of the newer version.
