In Forms Designer for Sharepoint 2010 you cannot create multiple forms for the same content type, but you can make multiple content types with their own forms.
BUT we have another product: Forms Designer for Sharepoint Online. It works for Sharepoint 2010 as well. It generates forms in the same manner as Sharepoint Designer does, but with the same easy-to-use interface that Forms Designer for Sharepoint 2010 uses. So, you can rename a form generated with Forms Designer in Sharepoint Designer and then generate a new one with another layout.

Can we use field validation on the current user? So a field is writable or visible based on the user being part of a certain sharepoint group. Kind regards, Mario

Yes, it's possible, especially with our
easy and flexible javascript-framework. Also, we provide paid support and can create forms of any complexity you need. Configuration of fields' visibility based on the current user's properties or groups will take about 150 support points that equals $150. So, do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested:
