Bamboo Lookup fields

One of our clients has a problem with compatibility of our product with bamboo lookup field. How to workaround this problem:
Put all Bamboo Lookups into Table (Category and Subcategory in my example):
Set CssClass property of these table cells to ms-formbody:
Save. Have a look:
