I want to apply Forms Designer to some document libraries on intranet portal. But before I'll do it, I need to be sure, that it will be possible to rollback initial look and feel of forms if something will go wrong. Provide step by step instruction for doing it, please.

It is really easy, just push Reset button for each form:

New Form
Edit Form
Display Form
