Enhanced Rich Text box inserts a line at the beginning

I'm not seeing this in Forms Designer. What am I missing?

I found it and I can remove the formatting. I don't find it reasonable to make my users edit the HTML source after typing into the box. The paragraph tag at the beginning of the first line is my nemisis. Any suggestions?

That's how the rich text box works. You can either override CSS styles and remove margins before the paragraph tags or use plain multiline text field.
