'Loading Failed' error when using people column in lookup
Hello,
I have a contact list with people column in a site. In other site I am using cross site lookup to pull that column in the list. It shows no error while adding it. when I try to use it in a form it gives me 'Loading Failed' error. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, Cross-site Lookup doesn't support People/Group fields, just like regular Lookup doesn't. You can still choose it as a Source, but that's just a limitation of the UI, the Lookup wouldn't work correctly with People field. You'll need to use some workaround solution if you want to get people names with Lookups, perhaps store them as Text instead.
