Hi, after installing the Cross-site Lookup App when I look at my site contents the app is not enabled for use. See attached views of the site contents and the manage license screen. Can you provide guidance on how to enable it?

Hi!

Please try to switch to classic mode (a link in the lower-left corner) and check the app's status.

Most probably, you just need to wait until the app is completely installed.

Alex,

I keep getting this error:

We have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Not sure what the next step is?

Thanks!

Hi!

Most likely the app didn't install correctly the first time and now can't be added again. Please, try to open the site in SharePoint Designer, go to All Files, find and delete CrossSiteLookupAppLib folder:

Once the folder is deleted, make sure that there is nothing left in Site Contents and try to add the app again from the store. Hope this will help, let me know how it goes.

We removed from a sub-site, saved the sub-site as a template then re-added the CSL App. Same issue / error on re-installing. We looked in the SPD, no CrossSiteLookupAppLib??? We do see the one for the Forms Designer we re-installed without issue. Please help and thank you!
