Reposition default Add New Item & Refresh links

Hi,
Is there any way of controlling the positional layout of the 'Add New Item' & 'Refresh' links associated with LookUp controls on the form?
On my forms the 'Add New Item' and 'Refresh' links are sitting above the lookup control and affecting the desired layout of the fields and their titles. Ideally, I would like the links to be displayed after the control on the same line.
