Related Items

Hi,
I'm retrieving two separate lists using Related Items into a Form.
. Every time user logins into that New-form the list should be empty so that User can enter New data, but the problem is, it retrieves the Old data whenever the user Clicks on the New-form. I try to create a new List and the issue seems same still.
. I have another Form with same format I used to retrieve the Data from a List, this form doesn't have any issue when user opens New-form the specific fields are empty once the Data is entered by user it saves normally.
