Is it possible to make Attachments column in Related Items View link to actual attachments

As title says. I'd like not to only have "@" displayed in Related Items View when an item has attachment(s), but instead, I'd like to be able to click on "@" and see/use attachments. Not sure if this is at all possible, but I wanted to ask anyways.

It is not possible via Forms Designer but you can modify the Related items control via SharePoint Designer as described in the following article:
