Site are not editable

after i add a form to a website, i can't edit the website. Why?

Hi,

Please, make sure you didn't reach the quota of the site collection and it wasn't turned into read only mode: go to the Central Administration -> Application Management -> Configure quotas and locks. Choose the site collection and set lock status in 'Not locked'.

Could you be a bit more specific? As I understood, you cannot create new subsites, lists, or list items, add apps, manage parmissions etc., is it true? Do you get any errors or notifications from SharePoint?

Hi, I create a subwebsite. After that i create a list, then i creat a form with the Forms Designer. If i add the form the root subwebsite, i can't edit the site later.
