Hi.

I think I seen a post somewhere about this but could not find it. I remember it saying that repeating rows on the same page would be added in the future. We were wondering if this would be sooner than later?

We are currently testing the Repeating Rows Field addon from KWIZ Com and it is working well with SPForms.

http://www.kwizcom.com/sharepoint-add-o ... /overview/

It allows multiple rows to be added instead of one at a time.

Given SPForms works so well we really dot want to incorporate another 3rd party app.

Thank you again for all your work and great customer service.

Hello,
Related Items control is what you're looking for, I believe. Check out our blog post about it:

Thanks. We use the related forms quite anit. But unless I am doing something wrong it does not allow my users to input multiple rows without closing after each row.

When you click 'add new item' a pop-up should appear, in which you enter information for you new record, and after you click 'save' the *pop-up* should close, but the main window should only *refresh*. Is that the behaviour you're seeing? If so, is this not the behaviour you're after?

Yes. We are seeing that behavior.

What we would love to see is the ability to start off with 3 rows, or 5 rows or even 10 rows. with the ability to add/remove a row on the fly.Plus have the related list exist on the sam page we are working on.

Examples ( Ihope this works) Images

I guess one way to describe it is an "Inline Related List".

I have several forms, all of which have related tables. For example I have one form with 10 different related list. Depending on the day thaey may have to enter only one line and move on to the next. But most often they have to add several lines. So if they have to add 10 rows they need to add one, let it open, save it, let it close, add another, and so on.

We would love to see the ability to add inline.

As I said we are just testing the field but would rather see something like it in your product.

Thank you.

I see. We will consider implementing this feature at some point in the future, but we don't have concrete plans for it yet.
