Linking/Using multiple lists

Is there away to use columns from 2 or more lists on 1 new form without having the cross site look up installed. Also any information on dynamic drop down lists would be very helpful

You can use lookup fields with additional columns or if you need to refresh additional columns dynamically, you can request data via JSOM or REST api:
