Time in Created fiedl is hidden

Hi, I have a problem in site template with SpForm. When I created the site template, in the Form (new, edit) in the Created and Modified field does not appear the time but only date.

Hi,

What about new items created in the site? Have you tried to re-save the forms in Forms Designer - does it fix the issue? Could you drop screenshots of the form in Forms Designer and in the browser to support@spform.com?
