Hi,

I am having an issue in SPForm. One user which has an OS of Windows 10 has been experiencing an error when accessing SharePoint Forms created from Forms Designer on Office365. Please see attached image attached.

This is opened in IE browser.

Please help.

Best Regards,
Erica

Are you sure that the form was created in Forms Designer? Could you provide URL of this page?

Do you use any other 3rd party tools or custom JavaScript in the form? The message in your screenshot was not produced by Forms Designer.

For this form, I only used Forms Designer. :(

Try to find the code that puts the message 'Please open this page in Internet Explorer...'. I'm sure that it's not Forms Designer. As I see, you have at least one 3-rd party tool that adds the 'Create DCR' button to the ribbon. So, please, check other solutions.
