Regarding the issue in form designed using designer fd_relateditems_webparts is not defined

Hi,

I have a lengthy form designed using forms designer.I have created a new form and published it but getting the following error in console without writing any script in js window.I have dropped all related documents inside different accordion,but due to this issue none of the accordions are getting displayed.I have also attached the screenshot and copy of the form.Please find the link below:

It looks like you have an invalid character in the JS-editor. Try to open it, select all text (Ctrl + A), and press 'Del'. Then save the form.
