Save without redirect to view

Hi,

Currently when an item is saved, the browser is redirected to the view of the list where the item belongs to.
Is it possible to prevent this behavior?
Can save be performed but the browser will not be redirected, instead the item would still be open, with the cursor/section/tab at the state they were before saving?
