What is the difference between developer license and normal license ?

can we use the developer license on our test servers ?

Yes, you can. Developer license is simply a type of license that can be used in test, stage, or development environments only. There aren't many differences between the licenses themselves though. Everything you create and test with the test license will work with a normal license as well.
