error and all forms disappeared

I just logged into my sharepoint site where I was using forms designer and all of a sudden all forms the pages where on disappeared and when logging into forms designer now I get the error msg found in the attached screenshot??? please help.

Hello, Shariq!
Have you changed authorization on your site recently? This looks like an error with ADFS configuration.
To make sure that the forms are still present on the site, try to open your site in SharePoint Designer and check the lists, forms should still be present there and shouldn't be affected by authorization.
