plumsail forms microsoft flow connector doc?

can this document work for spform? https://plumsail.com/docs/forms/microsoftFlow.html
I currently receive the following error when trying to add the plumsail forms trigger (screenshot attached)
using Microsoft flow with an spform to trigger an email to be sent after item creation does not work, I've tried everything but some where there is a disconnect.

Did you create a Plumsail Account here and add your email to Forms -> Licenses section?

One thing that can cause it is if you filled in wrong information when creating custom connector.
You can edit the connector and in OAuth 2.0 page make sure to fill in the following information correctly:
Client ID: 3d8caf5f-2f67-4b4a-9a81-2ee61709220f
Client Secret: yMAbxuJGw2497Q3D9aXQKNjH5UghBSyH
And finally Refresh URL: https://auth.plumsail.com/connect/revocation
