Edit form Display Modal Form - Form Not Found

We are using the Forms Designer Client 3.1.5. After designing the Display form and saving we can no longer use the Edit button to edit from the Display form. We can edit from list if we use the 3 dots only?

Dear Ed,
Which version of SharePoint are you using and what browser? Is there any error message or does it simply not respond? If you create a new fresh list, will you still get the same result?

We weren't able to replicate the issue on our side, maybe this information will help.

We are using Office 365's SharePoint. We re Using IE. It only happens after we use forms designer, if we revert to the default for all works as expected. We have the issue on 2 lists now, this all happened after we updated the form designer to the latest version. We do not get an error it just redirects us to the page not found. More detail.
We created a new list and found the Display form can be customized and the Edit button works fine. When we customize the Edit form then the Edit button on the display breaks as explained above.

Dear Ed,
Please, try to resave Display Form for this newly created list after creating Edit Form, will it give any different result?

Sorry, no difference. All of the other methods to open the edit form work as expected it's only after we customize the display form will the display form edit button have this issue. This happens when model or not. We would be happy to share the screen and let you take a look.
