Unfortunately we had to restore our SharePoint Server which saw us having to make a new VM that was built from a checkpoint. This was successful in regards to SharePoint being back online but now the SPForms Designer comes up with a error stating that the 'Trials License has expired'.

Can the license be transferred or is there a way round this?

Regards,

Dan

Hi,

we have to restore a VM owing to problems with some windows and SharePoint updates.
After the restore, out Form Designer license seems to be broken: on every page is displayed this message:
"The trial Forms Designer version has expired. Please, visit http://spform.com and buy a license."
We already visited the page stated above and mailed the content to Support.
Can you please help us? Out team cannot work...

Thank you and best regards,
Daniele

Dear Daniele,

You should have an active Maintenance so we could restore your license: https://spform.com/buy/support-maintenance
