How would I apply formatting to the field titles, like make them all bold?

Hello,

You can do it with CSS. Please, open Forms Designer and click CSS button in the ribbon. Put the following code there:

.fd_title {
  font-weight: bold;
}

Click 'BACK TO DESIGNER' button and save your form.
