We are currently using SP2010 Foundation with SP Forms. We are going to migrate to Office 365.

1) Do we have to purchase a new SP Forms license for O365 or can we move the SP2010 license?

2) Will the SP2010 forms move to O365? Or do we export then Import, or have to create new forms on O365?

Thanks,

JFred

Hello,

Thank you for your questions.

1. Yes, you have to buy the separate license for Office 365. We don't migrate licenses between SharePoint editions.

2. The preferred way is to export forms with Forms Designer for SP2010 and import them in Forms Designer for SP Online. Please, note, that some features of Forms Designer for SharePoint on-premises are not supported in Office 365
