No, it cannot be a problem. Please, clear the browser cache, open the form, expand the browser console (F12), click Export To PDF button, and check js-errors in the console.

when i click on pdf button i have warning DOM7009 DOM7009:

And error on network jquery.min.map not found...

Whith another site i don't have this error and export to PDF works
