The previous reply was the answer. We need to get access to your website to inverstigate the issue.

You got access a few weeks before. Now it is a productive system. The problem exist not only in this sharepoint tenant (we use the Forms-Designer with several customers). Is there another way to solve that problem?

Hi Thomas,

First, ensure that you passed through the following steps:

1. Install the latest version of Forms Designer to the site where you got the issue.
2. Customize both Display and Edit forms.
3. Clear the browser cache.

If it does not help, please, provide access to at least one site where the issue is reproduced. It should not be a production site, you can create a separate site/site collection and reproduce the issue there.
