Upgrade to 3.1.3 from 3.0.8

We've just upgraded from 3.0.8 to 3.1.3 and although the forms look fine they are not working. I had to go into each single form and re-save it. That happened before only with one upgrade when we went from 2.8.X to 3.0.X. We had just several forms built that time. So now we are using this app for couple of years and it is next to impossible to track every single form created within the company (as site admins can do it as well). And the exercise of re-saving after each upgrade is not the most fun, to be honest. Can this be fixed?

First of all, sorry for that inconvenience. Everything should work fine right after upgrading. Have you re-activated Forms Designer feature at the site collection level after the upgrade? Could you provide the list of JS-errors from the browser console?

Thank you so much for the respond! I am not sure if the feature was re-activated on the site collection level, I guess it's our fault - the upgrade was done by a new person and he might have skipped this part. I will make sure it will be done next time properly. I haven't got any JS-errors, but I will look if there is anything in the log.
