Redirect from Modal Form

We would like to redirect to a page in site pages after a Modal form is saved. Please post example code.

Hi,
Please, open the General setting (click General button in the ribbon) and insert server-relative URL to the page (ex.: /sites/site1/SitePages/Page1.aspx) into 'Redirect after submission' field.

These form are opened in Dialog, sorry. I meant Dialog. We will need to insure the a field in the form is set to a specific value first, then save and redirect or not.
