form designer icon disappered

I have been working on a list in sharepoint and ı use form designer. but suddenly, this form design icon has disappered on the top menu bar.

other lists on this same site it is not a problem like this. this list has only be occured problem.

what kind of problem may have been , do you know?

Hi,
Just install the desktop application, run it from your desktop, and connect to the required list.

desktop application mean ? I couldn't understand clearly.

Are you using SharePoint Online or on-premises? Could you provide a screenshot of the page that is opened after clicking the 'Design Forms' button?

we use on-premises .

the problem is 'Design Forms' button is disappear. so ı couldn't see any button on my list.

not all the list has same problem, this button is seeming other list.

Yes, you could open the designer from any list where the button is present. Install Forms Designer as a windows application. And then run it from the start menu and connect to any list within your SharePoint farm.
