Display ID value on Edit and Display form

Hi!

Is there an easy way to display the ID filed on Edit and Display form? I struggle to identify the internal name of the ID field. I have tried to include "[ID]" in a Plain text field but it is not picked up. Have managed to pick up other fields using this method.
