Item and Folder Option in SP Form Designer Tool

Hello,

I wanted to know what is the exact use of Item, Folder options available in SP Form Designer tool.
How and in what kind of scenarios I can make use of it?

This field simply shows you Content Type you are creating a Form for within Forms Designer.
You can have several content types in one list and this allows you to choose for which one you are creating a Form. If you have multiple content types, you can create a different Form for each one.
