Deploy sites in O365

Hello,

I use the Forms Designer in Office365.

I wanted to create a new SharePoint template ("Save site as template"). However, it is not possible if the Forms Designer is added as an app.

How is it possible to do that?
How can I deploy pages in the O365 using the Forms Designer?

Thanks for your help!

In order to create site template, first delete our apps, create the template and reinstall the apps. It's the limitation of SharePoint, but you will not lose the Forms you created. They might need to be altered when you create a new site from template though.

About second question - can you explain what you mean? Forms Designer is used to create Forms for Lists/Document Libraries. If you want to publish a specific Form to a page on the site, please follow this instruction - https://spform.com/styling/publish-desi ... te-updated

Hello,

with your Workflow-Actions-Pack we create new sites using a template. This template contains forms from the Forms Designer.

If I now uninstall the App Forms Designer on the template, I have to install the Forms Designer manually in the newly created website.
Is there a way to install the App Forms Designer with a Workflow (Workflow-Actions-Pack) so that it does not have to be done manually?

Thanks!

Yes, unfortunately the app needs to be installed manually. It's one of the limitations of SharePoint, not much can be done about it.

Too bad.

A webservice with the help of the Workflow-Actions-Pack does not help?

Yes, it's the limitations of SharePoint, including the fact that you need to uninstall apps before creating a site template, not much we can do about it, sadly.
