How to delete SharePoint subsite that has Forms Designer installed

How do I remove the Forms Designer from a subsite so I can delete the subsite?

Hello, Marion!
Simply go to Site Contents, click Return to classic SharePoint, find Forms Designer app and click three small dots in the upper right corner of the app, then three more dots inside of it. Then click "Remove", like this:
