Problem with diffent form based on group

I'm actually trying to implement the second part of this documentation:

It actually show me the script insted of executing it

Anyone can help me with that problem?

So, you've created an htm file on your computer, uploaded it to Doc Library on your SharePoint Site, linked it with Content Editor, and it just displays the script instead of executing it?

Can you show us the process with screenshots or with a video, of how exactly you are setting it up? It should work, I just tested it myself to see if Microsoft has changed any security settings, but it doesn't seem to be the case.
