Feature Request: Image Field

I am making a feature requests. An image field would be helpful.

How I think it would work:

Create an image field in the list.
Pick a SharePoint document library to store all of the images for the list.
Image control will all user to browse for an image on their hard drive and upload it.
The control will rename the file to a GUID name and store the link.
The image control will display the image when the form is viewed.

You can use Publishing image column. It allows to select image, set its size and specify a hyperlink:
