Upgrading Office 365

I can't seem to find the procedure to upgrade the Office 365.

Hello,

Thank you for your request. Please, download the latest version from our website. Deactivate and remove the currenly installed version of Forms Designer from Site collection settings -> Solutions. Upload and activate new version. Next, deactivate/activate Forms Designer feature at the site collection level.
